SHEIN Side Button Through Surplice Blouse Size S

This blouse is pretty thin but super cute to layer on top of a tank top, dress, jumpsuit, etc. The buttons are purely for decoration and aren't actually functional. The sleeves are not as loose/flowy as bishop sleeves but are a little loose and end in fitted cuffs around the wrist.
