SHEIN XSMALL 4 Blue Velvet Striped Top

Obsessed with this top! If it was a tad bigger I would keep it! The square neckline is so so feminine! It says a size small (4) but it’s too tight on me so it would fit an xsmall (4). In great condition. Has a velvet feel to it. Any questions? Let me know :) Measurements: PTP 15.5”. neck plunge 6” deep. Arm length 23”
