SHEIN black and white, polka-dot, V-neck dress, short sleeves, belt/tie included. Size 2XL. Stretchy, elastic waist. Smooth fabric. Like new, excellent condition, no flaws, pilling or signs of wear. (I purchased from another poshmark shop, selling in same condition) Material 95% polyester, 5% spandex Approx measurements - 17" waist (unstretched - elastic allows more room), 36 " long from shoulder to hem. I am modeling the dress in two of the photos, I am 5'6" and it hits just above the knee. All items are from a clean and smoke-free home.
