SHEIN brand new/still in bag/never been worn heart confetti wrap dress

This dress has never been worn at all, and is absolutely adorable! It's a black and white heart confetti, spaghetti strap, wrap around and tie summer dress. It has some ruffle detail along the bottom and down the front...and the spaghetti straps are adjustable. the only reason I am selling it is because I accidentally bought this in a 4 XL instead of my correct size.
