jesssicalawson @khoke74 I think it runs true to size, fits like a true 2X 16/18. Plus the ruching has elastic, so it’s extremely stretchy. The sizing chart lists the bust at 35 inches. But I think that’s before it is stretched at all. When I tried it on, it fit me well as a size 40D
