Two piece navy Sherri Hill gown with beautiful beading! i wore this twice for a ball and for a school event. chipolacasey Hey there! Gorgeous dress! When you say 26.75 in waist, is that your waist size? Or the size of the dress at the waist? If dress, do u call the waist the top of the skirt? Is that the diameter of the top of the skirt? Also, does the top zip all the way down the back? Like fully enclosed in the back? Thank you!
