SHINY MIDNIGHT BLUE UO COLD SHOULDER TOP

Shiny midnight blue cold shoulder top for special occasions, size small, from Silence + Noise (Urban Outfitters brand). Runs large and would better fit a medium. As seen in photos, this top has spaghetti straps and sleeves that hang off the shoulder with a ruched seam and which tie at the bottom. This top is flowy and has a v-shaped neckline in the front and back. There’s some damage on the left sleeve (see photos) but otherwise this top is in excellent condition.
