hapabunny808 @asktatyana hi! Thanks for your interest 💕 please see the attached pics - this is NWT. It has a high low hem - pretty unique dress and it’s comfy too because it has a partial elastic waist in the back. This is a silk blend. Hope this helps.

hapabunny808 @asktatyana hi please see the attached pics. Laid flat approx measurements - shoulder to shoulder before the flutter sleeve is approx 14-14.5 inches, waist is approx 15 in (but please note can be stretched a little since partial elastic waist in back), bust is approx 19.5 in and length from high shoulder to bottom of low hem is approx 54 in but keep in mind this is a high low hem
