SHOWSTOPPER 1980s' DESIGNER BLACK FELT CARTWHEEL HAT + LARGE OSTRICH FEATHER

This is one of internationally famous designer ERIC JAVITZ's unique hats from the 1950s'. The wide brim hat is made of a firm structure covered in black felt on the top of the brim, and the top of the crown is made of velour. There is a band of velour on the edge of the brim.
