Can you please explain the bust measurements listed? It seems quite small for a womens medium. I really like the look of the jacket but worried it might be too narrow around the bust. Thank you.

Yes, the bust is measured from one armpit to the other and only the front of the garment measurement is listed so if you double that number, that would be the bust size all the way around.
