SILVERGATE turquoise and blue gown with accordion pleating, spaghetti straps and a 1.5” banded elastic empire waist. It is partially lined to the knee. The diagonal striping is very figure flattering. Straps seem too long and may need to be pinned or altered for proper fit. Size Small. Fabric content: 100% polyester.
