SIR. Yellow Halter Vest Blouse V Neck Mid Cut Out Zip Closure Womens Size 3/US 8 Measurement Chest: 29" Length: 26" Shirt is being sold in new with tags condition but has 2 flaws. There is a very light spot on the back of the shirt where there was a mark that had been spot treated. The mark came out but let a small spot of the solution the remove it. This may or may not come out when dry cleaning. There are also a few red marks on the inside of the shirt. This may or may not come out when dry cleaned. There are no other flaws found on the top.
