S.I.S. Peplum Blouse w/ Open Lace Back

Beautiful white Peplum blouse by SIS. Size Small, fits a 2-4 LOVE! This Top! Just not really practical for me at my age anymore Brand new with tags, I just have never worn so have to let go :( Very flattering on, nice shape to it, and is well-made/good quality Back has open-lace panel which does show the bra so if this bothers you, you’d have to find a another solution because the material is faintly sheer (see pics- of course I am wearing a black bra so it’s more obvious)
