Is it form fitting or is it a forgiving drape? Also, I'm 5-8" I'd wear kitten heels.

The top part that drapes over isn't form fitting. It's more of a forgiving drape. The height of the front of the dress is approximately 60 inch and the height of the back of the dress is 70 inch.
