SK132) 7th Avenue Design Studio NY & Company Long White Floral Summer Skirt XS

This is one of the prettiest summer skirts I’ve ever seen. It has a timeless look to it, like it is made with the highest quality the waistband has elastic in the back which you don’t see very often anymore. Partially lined. It has a cute tie bow on the side of the skirt which adds a real flair to its long and wispy and opens up. Definitely a showstopper, it’s one of those skirts that you can’t help but notice when somebody walks by. It has pretty red and light blue and black floral flowers with a bright white background. It’s NWT with minor flaws : the stitching in front comes loose (about 6" long) and the lining seam undone , as shown in the last pictures. Size tag is XS but could also with the elastic and back perhaps make it to a Small?! Cotton polyester blend will wash up easily.
