Really cute skirt from RAMPAGE. Cotton spandex blend gives the skirt a little stretch. Slits at each side seam. 2 flap pockets in back and 2 side pockets in front. There are 2 tiny letters INSIDE the waistband. Top of skirt 31 inches. May not fit exactly at waist. Hips 40 inches measured flat. Length of skirt side seam top to bottom 22 inches. Inventory.
