This is a gorgeous set. New with the tags. It has beautiful embroidery throughout the outfit. The waist band on the skirt is elastic with a drawstring. The flat measurement for the waist is 13 1/2. It will stretch to 23 inches or approximately 46 inches around. The hips are 34 inches or approximately 68 inches around. The length on the long part of skirt is 38 inches and the short part is about 34 inches. The blouse buttons up the front and there is adjustable ties in the back that you can loosen or tighten up. Pit to pit is 23 or approximately 46 inches around. The waist is 21 inches or approximately 42 inches around. The hips are 21 1/2 or 43 inches around. The length of blouse is 23 inches.
