Francesca's Mi Ami Lace A-Line SKIRT (Women's Size Small). This is a unique Francesca's Mi Ami brand SKIRT in women's size small. The layered design of this skirt is a top lace layer with light blue and navy blue 1.5" vertical stripes which are pleated. This lace layer lays over top of a solid navy blue bottom layer. This item is fitted at the waist and has no elastic. There is a bit of light stretch to the lining fabric. There is a zipper and clasp closure on the back center of the skirt.
