S.L Fashion Top and Skirt Set

Dressy Black Ruffled Top and Skirt Outfit. Has small shoulder pads (I'm sure you coulf easily remove them if desired). Top & Bottom could also be worn separate with another Top or Bottom. Has lightly flaired short sleeves and waist. Skirt also has a layered light ruffle look at bottom. Top never worn, has tags. Skirt has been worn 2 or 3 times but still in excellent condition.
