SL Fashions Ladies Dress Navy Blue-accent colors/flowers

Navy Blue with pink flowers on the lapel, the "white Cami/scarf" on the front is sewn on the dress on one side and attaches to the inside of the dress with buttons opposite side. Backside has several decorative loops (they are sewn into the dress) and shoulder pads sewn into the top of the sleeves. It buttons up the front. The buttons are fabric covered. All the buttons ae the original. There are pleats on the front and back of the dress. See the pictures, zoom in on them. It is midi length and hangs very well. The fabric is rayon/acetate (see picture of the tag). There are no rips or tears or fading. The dress has never been altered. Everything on the dress is original.
