Has a drape neck and it looks like a blouse over a skirt but it's actually one piece. It has short sleeves . It does not button or zip. The underarm and underarm measurement laying flat is 21 in. It is a size 14 100% polyester The waist measurement is 18 in and it is much wider at the hips at 24 in.
