SLNY Cocktail Dress

Navy blue with draped collar in front that forms tails in the semi-lowcut back. Sheer hi/low overlay with sequin lace sheath underneath. Gold-look lining. Hidden zipper in back with hook & eye closure. Planned on wearing it to my son's wedding, but had to change directions in color. Still has tags. Bought at Macy's.
