SLNY Dress with Overlay - NWOT

Black cocktail dress made with spandex for a sleek fit. Black knit sheath has a sheer, asymmetrical overlay with a cold shoulder design. Bold flowers rang in color from light pink to deep pink to burgundy. A touch of deep red in some spots. Thin metallic lines give a hint of sparkle. The rhinestone bars on the shoulder add the final elegant touch. Never been worn but does not have the tag. NWOT Sz12
