SLNY NWT Glitter Mesh Ruched Embellished Waist Flutter Sleeve Sheath Dress sz 8 New with tags. Gorgeous Flutter sleeve dress with embellished ruching on one side. Beautiful glitter dress. Color is in dusty blue with silver glitter accents all over. two conditions to list despite the new tags: 1. The tag has roughed the material up a little as it sat in its plastic for a few months. This is shown in the photos in the close up fabric shots. 2. It's hard to spot but there was some mild discoloration in the front. I don't know what it is and I didn't know it was there in the beginning. It just looks like a slightly darker stain on the fabric. No one will notice, but for the sake of listing I wanted to mention it.
