SMARTY jacket women L large This jacket is so awesome I think I might want to keep it lol — Approx 20” armpit to armpit — pockets — Is it supposed to have a liner? I see a zipper but no inside liner. I’m not familiar with this brand so I do t know what it’s supposed to come with — it’s cool… not sure if it’s warm tho or meant to be layered
