My daughter bought this for a party and never wore it, and still has the tag. It's in excellent condition. It features 3 black roses, composed of ribbon and tulle under the bustline. The tie back belt is also ribbon and tulle. Fully lined, with the bottom edge accenting a crinoline ruffle. The mannequin is a size 6, and this SIZE 3 dress did not zip up all the way for the photoshoot. See measurements for correct sizing.
