SO 11/30W velvet mini skirt

Worn once to Vegas but other then that never been warn. This skirt is a velvet material with front and back pockets and it also has belt loops if you wanted to pair it with a cute belt. Fits the hips nicely to give a great shape but is then looser nearing the thighs so it’s not super tight and is easy to walk in. Very comfortable as well
