SO CUTE vintage strapless dress

80s style dress that can be worn outside of theme parties. Navy blue with bold floral pattern. The best detail is the pointed seam at waist, so flattering! Strapless and has wire inside bust area (shown in photo). Two tiers of ruffles give it lots of shape. Back has hidden zipper and large elastic panel, so had tons of stretch! 100% cotton. Probably wouldn’t recommend for someone with a bust larger than C as the bust area seems rather fitted. In excellent condition and recently dry cleaned.
