SO XS high low blue floral dress

Worn once, no issues. 52” from shoulder seam to bottom of the back (longest pt). I’m 5’8” and the front opens around my knees and the back goes to my calves. Has an attached material belt tie. Says XS but i think it fits more like a small. Comfortably stretchy. Def not tight. Soft material.
