SO black and white plaid button down

Long sleeve shades of gray plaid button down shirt. Sleeves can roll up as shown and button into place. Front pocket is real. Bought new and used to wear a lot but not recently as it’s a bit small. Very wrinkly and the right sleeve tore at the seam awhile ago and I apparently hand-sewed it closed, as shown. I assume it’s a juniors medium since it’s pretty short.
