Very cute summer dress is medium-blue with white medallion-type design overall. Bottom of dress has same design, but larger, with scalloped edge. Invisible zipper at center back. Scrunched elastic across back with upside down triangle cut-out below. Fabric is 100% cotton. Bust-34/36”, waist-28”, length-34”.
