SOHO Apparel Ltd. brand that is a petite small. 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The dress does come with two fake pockets on the chest and a zipper that does work. The buttons and zipper are gold color. The waist has ties on the front but are hist attached for design and do not loosen or tighten the waist.
