Show your patriotic colors with this feminine asymmetric red, white, and blue blouse by NY&Co. NWOT. I bought this for myself, but my waist was a little too wide for a comfortable fit. Criss cross style at chest, elastic waist, and a gradual drape that looks gorgeous over jeans or white slacks. The blouse is meant to be drapey, not tight. The elastic waist allows some play for a more draped top versus a straight look. Measurements are as follows: Shoulder to short side of bottom is approximately 23", shoulder to longest side of bottom is appropriately 38". Waist unstretched appropriately 28", stretched is approximately 36". Underarm to underarm measures approximately 20". I know that sounds large, but the blouse is loose fitting.
