SOLD 1930s mini tea cup souvenir parrot handle hexagon Made in Japan

Though you wouldn't know it at first glance, this cheerful and rare 1930s mini tea cup and saucer is a souvenir from Cheyenne, Wyoming: the state capital is featured on the porcelain saucer's center medallion, highlighted in yellow. Multicolored handpainted flowers are on the inside and the outside of the cup, as well as on the saucer. Both cup and saucer are hexagonal with gilded edges, and the cup's handle is gold as well. The delightful parrot perched on the rim is also handpainted in red, green, and orange. All pieces are in excellent condition.
