1980s Vintage Blues Floral Diane Freis Bright Print Top and Skirt set, frilly collar A bright popping floaty top and skirt, superb Pierrot style collar on the top, frills and pleats with polka dots! This is a flattering shape, ties at waist on the top to desired fit, and the skirt moves beautifully. Could be worn either as a set or separately.
