@kdubb7 hi! How form fitting is this? I'm looking for something tight on the top but looser around the butt and thighs, I need something for a formal family event this coming winter. Is the skirt part of the dress super tight?

@jengatan it is tighter up top and looser as it goes down. It gathers to the side of your waist!... It is not super loose at the bottom!
