pahouaavuee 2t and it's exactly. My daughter was a preemie child so everything always fit baggy lol. She's skinny so I wouldn't be able to answer it but to me it seemed to be exact size as stated. I could be wrong because my kids aren't normal kids. Still smaller then the other kids.
