This is gorgeous dress is sure to be a show stopper at any semi formal/formal event! Only worn a handful of times for a navy ball and some singing performances. On the left side it closes with a zipper and a hook and eye (photo 3) and ties in the back with a silky black ribbon/belt. The skirt half is 2 layers one a stretchy silver slip part and the top layer is a black silver accented tulle fabric (photo 4). Price is negotiable and let me know If you have any questions!!
