melcarcinoma @bri_shoshweet all they said was you have to wait 15 days starting at the mailed out date before a case can be opened, but that they can start it for me They said someone should contact me within 72 hours starting yesterday regarding the whereabouts of the package, so hopefully i hear from someone in that time frame, if not i can call the customer service back with the case number.
