nselin1129 @cindyba yes it is white, and the lace is slightly off white. I am generally a size small (tall and slim) and this dress is honestly pretty short on me, and low cut also. The only size difference in it is how wide it is, but it doesn't change much since it is already flow-y/loose. Hope this helps!☺️
