theaposey the person in the picture is not me, the waistband is 23 inches, but's elastic so it stretches down much further (about 34 inches) - i uploaded a picture for you to see (:

theaposey i just put on the skirt and it's about 5inches above the centre of my knee, I'm 5'4, it's quite short.

theaposey oh, and i wear a size 2/4. It's S in european sizing, which i'm 90% sure is XS in US sizes.
