rileyh37 @honey_burns Hi! This would fit anyone who is XXS-S because of the smocked elastic waist. The measurements are 24.5 ish waist with elastic for extra room if needed, with a 30 bust, the length is between 31 and 32 inches. Let me know if you have any other questions or would like more pics!

rileyh37 @peachjuulpod hi! I am between 5’5 and 5’6! I am adding try on pics now- usually I am a P in these dresses but this one actually fit fine because of the tighter smocked waist. Hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions.
