The bag had a defect so LV sent me a brand new one, so I’m gonna keep the price firm I don’t want to lose anymore than I’m already losing. kristinabitchhh @haymish1186 The strap that was close in the bag I felt like it was opening. So because of that I went to the store to pick up my other bag and they said they would get me a brand new one. So it’s the same bag in the photos it’s just brand new never used.
