The filigree design features an approximate 7mm by 5mm natural emerald cut light blue aquamarine. It is surrounded by 8 small white diamonds. The size 5.5 ring weighs 4 grams, which is an ideal dense weight for a filigree ring. The top of the ring measures 14mm long going North to South. It is the brand Effy, stamped BH. Also stamped 14K for 14 karat white gold. This is an estate piece. Original retail at Macy’s was $1500 back in the early 2000’s. Final price. No trades.
