taylorwmol @tsmithh006 hey! The dress fits true to size but in the bust area. I am a full C and I had enough room, but someone smaller could also wear it too! I have a friend who has this dress too and she's smaller than me in the bust, she's a B cup! And she says its fits her great as well! I hope that helps! :)
