This item is not for sale, just additional pictures of my Hunter Boots listing. Re-Poshing since they were too tight on my calves. Size 10 Glossy. Need to be buffed / polished due to some scuffs-scratches and I haven't tried yet. Recommend use of Hunter Care Products (Hunter Boot Buffer & Boot Shine).

drea3 @jblaird are the scratches deep?? How well do you think these would clean up? I usually wash mine off with soap and shine them with olive oil. But that takes away the blooming and some people like that.

jblaird Hey! @drea3 I don't think they are that deep, but I've never owned a pair of these. I purchased last week and wish I had know about the marks on them. When they are on your feet they look good, but I wanted to show them in bright lighting. I have heard about the olive oil, but since the calves were too tight on me, I've just left them as is.

drea3 @jblaird ok! Thanks! Been looking for a pair of these in 10. I had them in size 9 and needed to size up. Just received what were supposed to be 10s today and they ended up being another pair of 9s. Lol. Too bad these weren't too big for you, I have 2 pairs to trade now!!!

drea3 @jblaird haha. Yeah. Total bummer!! I LOVE the boots and like wearing my 9s I just need to size up cause they're a bit tight. Do you have the socks to go with these? I may put in a offer if they're still available once I figure out what to do with the pair I got today.

jblaird @drea3 I do, but was probably gonna keep them and buy a pair of the "Huntress" boots with the bigger calves. Just think on it and let me know, I might change my mind. I just really want to try to get my $ back to purchase another pair!

pandalinds Does the "blooming" ever go away? Or does it just come with age?

This is a process that is a known characteristic of high quality, natural rubber and nothing to be concerned about"

jblaird @pandalinds This process does not affect the performance or durability of your boots. A pristine finish and shine is easily restored with regular use of Hunter Boot Buffer, or Instant Boot Shine, available from good Hunter retailers, as well as from our online store and authorized Hunter retailers. Hunter Boot Buffer is not suitable for use on footwear with a metallic finish.
