@swtla313 Yes, The blue part is suede (on the front and on the ankle strap), you'll love them! I went crazy when I got them but couldn't fit them too well so I gave up on them.

I'm not sure why that is either. Give it until Monday and if nothing I'll call customer service. Usually on the weekends it's takes them longer to check in packages.
