Sheer maxi dress with a button front closure, drawstring waist and short wide sleeves.  Would be cute with the bottom tied. The picture of me holding the sleeve up is the most accurate depiction of the blue - it’s a gorgeous color. Size S / could fit medium due to loose vibe and drawstring.
