*SOLD* Aqua High-Low striped dress

My favorite summer dress I’ve ever owned! Hi-low flowy style from Aqua. Navy blue and white striped. Top is bandeau style and has some spandex to stretch and hold in place. Measurements from top to bottom, 42” at the longest (back), 28” at the shortest (front). Size Medium but fits more like a Small.
