What do you mean by closure strap pegs are broken? Like the straps for the inside?

@alexwerley23 there are 2 belt-wide straps that run the width of the bag. From what I have seen no one ever closes the straps - they just always dangle. To be honest with you, I don’t even know how they work for closing as I never bothered with connecting the 2 straps. I’ll post another picture to show the “pegs”
